“The lake is beautiful, cathedral interesting. The guide, Mauro, was brilliant, passionate, informative, had very good English and was helpful. The lunch was tasty. The things that let the tour down: a meal should be included. It was an early start of 7am (when no shops or bakeries are open to buy breakfast/snacks) and it wasn't until 10am (despite being told we would have the opportunity to get something at 8am and then an hour later at 9am) we stopped where there were 2 shops with terrible and unhealthy breakfast choices (ended up having cake and crisps for breakfast). However there were bakeries in the town but the bus stopped…”

“I did a Zipaquirá Salt Cathedral and Guatavita Lagoon with Sebastian as our guide and Jesus, the driver. I will preface this review by saying I often do not take the time to write reviews. Walking tours can become boring especially when not all the historical details are of interest. Sebastian kept me interested and listening through the entire tour with his humour and character. He is genuine, kind, and enthusiastic. His English is excellent because he has lived in United States for many years before returning to Colombia. Jesus navigated very treacherous roads skillfully. I must thank these two again for giving me an unforgettable experience.”
