“More time on the bus in traffic than sightseeing. Everything about the tour was chaotic. Our confirmation said a start time of 8:30am. We were waiting in the lobby of our hotel at 7:30 on, and the bus came to get us at 7:45. No one came in to get us. Eventually a car came and got us , along with others , and we met up with the bus.
